About
Why Passage exists
My mother died in October 2025. She had told us she wanted to be cremated — but by the time she was in her final weeks, she couldn't sit up, let alone plan anything. My three sisters and I had been caring for her at home across Hungary and the UK for six months. For the final two months, we barely slept. We took turns on night shifts, two hours at a time.
When she passed, the weight of administration arrived on top of grief and total exhaustion. There was one local provider. No comparison. No guidance on what came next. No single place to go.
I'm Zsike Peter, and I built Passage because it's what should have existed. Not just for my family — but for every family that deserves a dignified, clear, frictionless way through the hardest thing they will ever do.
Our mission
Passage exists to bring transparency, choice, and human dignity to end-of-life planning in the UK and beyond. We believe no family should face this alone, uninformed, or exploited.
